Cabeau India / Neha Creations is committed to deliver your order within the given time frame.
We typically ship on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday except on Public holidays & just before 2 or 3 days of consecutive Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier partners only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Shipping: Currently free for all orders. May not be applicable during sales, promotions and on discounted items.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once the payment is received, orders are dispatched at the earliest or as specified otherwise on the product page. Most orders are delivered in 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be done to the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Shipping Damage Return / Exchange Policy:
BEFORE YOU OPEN THE BOX
1) If the product packaging is visibly damaged during delivery attempt, chances are that the product inside may have been damaged as well. To prevent any issues, we request you to please refuse to accept the package to safeguard your interest.
2) If the product packaging is visibly damaged and in case the package was accepted from the logistics company, we request you to NOT open the packaging of the product. We request you to please share an image of the damaged box without removing the seal, with the customer support team and to wait for further instructions from the said team.
IN CASE OF DAMAGES/DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT
In case the product which has been received by you is damaged, we request you to please register your complaint along with images of the damaged product along with the photos of the BOX in which the product was received and the purchase invoice within 2 days of receipt of your order from the courier company. Be rest assured that we will work towards fixing this at the earliest.
- Once we receive your email, our quality control team will analyse your concern and consider your return request. While we will do our best to process your request at the earliest, please allow for 1-2 working days for us to reply to you. We will not be able to process your request without appropriate photos which are a prerequisite to accept complaints of this nature.
- Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned products if the tags are cut off. Washed or used products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We request you to not open the seal of the product in case of a visibly damaged product as this helps us a great bit. Basis the time within which we receive your complaint and the images received from you, we may arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product from your end.
- In case the product received by you is defective, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would also request you to please note:
- All the products processed by us are covered under standard warranty by the manufacturer/brand. The invoice that you have received along with this product is your proof of purchase. We request you to keep the same safely to avail the warranty benefits. In case of an issue with a product, we would request you to contact the Customer Service team who will help you enable a quick resolution.
- In case the product received is missing any accessories, we would request you to contact the Customer Service team and we assure you that the same will be looked into appropriately.
Only products which are received in damaged condition are eligible for return and refund or exchange. Let us know & we’ll help you with the same.
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following situations shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Where there is physical damage to the packaging / box but not to the product;
- Where the product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, price tags, description tags and/or all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Where the product colour seems different from the colour as seen on the computer and/or any hand-held device.
- Where the product has been used or washed.
