What is covered:
Buy with confidence. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. Cabeau is committed to your complete satisfaction. Our stringent standards and rigorous testing ensure the crafted products we produce are of the highest quality. Accordingly, we will replace all products that were found to be damaged at time of purchase or have defects in materials or workmanship.
We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. Fabrics will deteriorate and fade and moving parts will wear out. All neck pillows / travel blankets will suffer from varying degrees of wear-and-tear, depending upon use. For example, neck pillows / travel blankets used by an frequent flyer / user for 250 days of the year will, by comparison, degrade faster than gear used by someone who uses the pillows 2 to 3 times a year.
By taking care of your product you will ensure longer lifetime for them. Visit our Care Instructions page for information on how to clean, care for, and store your product. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy. It may simply be time to replace it.
Note: Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase, as you will need it to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorised store or retailer in India.
Warranty Claim process:
If you receive a product with a defect within the first 2 years from the date of purchase, we will:

  • Replace the defective component with a new part, or
  • Replace the defective product with a new product, or
  • Provide you with other products of equal value, or
  • Provide you with a full refund.
To submit a warranty claim, please follow the instructions below.
1) Submit your claim: To submit a warranty claim, please complete the steps below and email them to support@cabeau.in.
  • Name of purchase store or website.
  • Copy of Tax Invoice.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Name of product.
  • Reason for return/exchange.
  • Clear/readable picture of the back of the care label (travel pillows only)
2) Packing guidelines: Pack item(s) in the original packaging (if available) including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Please make sure the package is secure, water proof and that the contents are at no risk of being damaged during shipping. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels, if any, on the outside of the original box. This includes old addresses, labels, AWB, logos, etc.

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email indicating whether or not your product fits the requirements for a warranty claim. If approved, then your claim will be processed and the repaired / replaced product will be dispatched to you in 3 to 4 working days.

What is not covered:
  • Normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Normal wear and tear is the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the Cabeau product over an extended period of time.
  • Damage due to wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, discolouration due to washing / sunlight, misuse or neglect is not covered.
  • Accident, improper care, negligence, zippers are excluded.
  • Product failure when the components are stressed outside of their design specifications and are no longer able to function in the manner originally stated. For example, the neck pillows can withstand regular normal use, but are not built to be sat upon.
